Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your GODONLIF candle warmer lamp. If something is not right, we will make it right. This policy applies to every order placed on godonlifstore.com.

30-day return window

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return, a replacement, or a refund. Requests made after the 30-day window has closed cannot be accepted.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, email inquiry@godonlifstore.com within the 30-day window with your order number and photos showing the problem. Once we have reviewed the photos we will send you a free replacement or a full refund — whichever you prefer. You do not need to ship the item back to us, and you are never charged return shipping on a damaged or defective item.

Changed your mind

If you simply no longer want the item, you can return it within the 30-day window provided it is unused and in its original packaging with all parts and accessories included. To start a change-of-mind return:

• Email inquiry@godonlifstore.com with your order number and tell us you would like to return the item.
• We reply with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return address.
• Send the item back with the RMA number written on the outside of the parcel.

Return shipping on change-of-mind returns is paid by the buyer. Please do not send an item back before you have received an RMA number — unidentified parcels cannot be matched to an order. We recommend a tracked service so you can confirm the parcel reached us.

No restocking fee

We do not charge a restocking fee on any return, for any reason.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and are normally processed within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need a little longer to show the credit on your statement.

Because shipping is free on every order, there is no outbound shipping charge to deduct from your refund. On a change-of-mind return, the return postage you paid is not refunded.

Cancelling an order

If your order has not been dispatched yet, email us as soon as you can and we will cancel it and refund you in full.
