Products & orders

We sell GODONLIF candle warmer lamps and related accessories directly from this website. Each product page shows the specification, price, and availability of the item. We work to keep that information accurate and current.

Pricing & currency

All prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and are the prices you pay at checkout. Shipping is free on every order. We may change prices at any time, but a price change never affects an order we have already accepted. If an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we may decline the order and refund you in full.

Order acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The confirmation email you receive acknowledges that we have your order; the contract is formed when we accept the order and dispatch it. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if the item is out of stock, the price was listed incorrectly, or the delivery address is outside the area we ship to. If we do, you are refunded in full and charged nothing.

Payment

Online card payment on this website is currently being activated. During this transition, any order placed on the site is reviewed and confirmed by our customer service team by email before it is processed, and you will never be asked to transfer money to a bank account. Once card payment is live, payments are handled by our payment service provider and card details are not stored by us.

Shipping & delivery

Free shipping, delivery areas, and delivery times are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms. We ship to the contiguous 48 United States only.

Returns & refunds

Your return and refund rights are set out in our Refund and Returns Policy, which also forms part of these terms: a 30-day window, no restocking fee, and refunds issued to your original payment method.

Taxes & duties

Prices do not include sales tax; we currently do not collect US sales tax. If applicable law requires us to collect sales tax on your order in the future, the tax will be shown at checkout before you pay. Import duties and customs charges are included in the price you pay, so there is nothing further to pay when your order is delivered.

Acceptable use

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. Please do not interfere with the site, access it by automated means that place an unreasonable load on it, or use it in a way that infringes anyone’s rights.

Intellectual property

The GODONLIF name, logo, text, and images on this site are the property of GODONLIF and may not be used without permission.

Limitation of liability

This site is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, GODONLIF is not liable for damages arising from use of the site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law & disputes

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of UK.
