There is no open flame, which removes the biggest candle-fire risk. Place it on a stable, heat-resistant surface and follow the instructions.
Any standard jar candle works — no special candle needed. Set it on the dish, switch on, and the bulb warms it from above, flame-free.

A gold candle warmer with a Christmas bell where the shade should be
The GODONLIF gold candle warmer lamp hangs a mottled antique-gold bell between two twisted green stems that arch up into a green ring, a moulded leaf on each side. A red-and-green tartan bow, two red berries and two small gold jingle bells are tied at the top. Your jar candle stands on the round gold base underneath, and the bulb inside the bell warms the wax from above. Nothing is lit: no flame, no burnt wick, nothing to blow out before bed.
Why this Christmas bell decor does more than hang there
- The bell is the shade. A real bell shape in mottled antique gold, not a plain dome with a ribbon on it, which is what most jingle bell decor is.
- Gold on gold. A candle warmer gold at the shade and at the base, with green stems and a black foot ring for contrast.
- No open flame. As a gold wax warmer it heats the wax with a bulb, so the wick stays untouched and the glass stays clean.
- Dimmer and timer on the cord. Bring the light up while the wax opens, take it down to a low gold glow, and set a run time. Nothing sits on the base.
- Iron shade over an iron base. It has real weight, so a candle warmer lamp gold enough for a formal table does not shift when a jar slides underneath.
Centre the jar under the bell, switch on, and let the wax set before you lift it away. It ships in a 32 x 16 x 15 cm (12.6 x 6.3 x 5.9 in) box at about 1 kg, so it wraps easily. Put it in a Christmas tablescape, or on a console by the door where Christmas entryway decor greets people on the way in. Gold with green reads as traditional Christmas decor rather than novelty.

Frequently asked questions
Does this gold candle warmer have a dimmer and a timer?
Yes to both, and both live on the cord. An inline controller brings the light up while the wax opens and back down to a low gold glow later, and it sets a run time so the lamp switches itself off. Nothing is mounted on the gold base, so the base stays clean. Our supplier does not publish the number of steps or the exact run times, so we do not quote them.
Is the shade a real bell, or just a bell-shaped cover?
The shade is the bell. A mottled antique-gold bell hangs between two twisted green stems that meet in a leafy loop, with a tartan bow, red berries and two small gold jingle bells tied at the top. Shade and base are both iron, so this gold Christmas candle warmer lamp has weight to it rather than feeling hollow.
Will it burn the candle, or only melt it?
Only melt it. The bulb inside the bell warms the wax from above, so the wick is never lit. That means no open flame, no smoke and no soot on the glass. It is still a heated appliance, so put it on a flat surface, keep it clear of curtains and paper, and switch it off when you leave the room.
Does a gold candle warmer make a good Christmas gift?
It gives well because it is two presents in one: a Christmas table lamp that happens to be a bell, and a warmer that works with a jar candle the person already owns. It ships in a 32 x 16 x 15 cm box at about 1 kg, so it wraps without a fight. The gold and green also read as decor well outside December.
Where should I put it, and what goes under the bell?
A mantel, a side table, or a console by the door if you want Christmas decor for entryway traffic. Under the bell goes a jar candle you already own: centre it on the gold base, give it a few minutes, and let the wax set before you lift it away. For Christmas tablescape ideas it sits low enough not to block sight lines across the table. The jar in our photos is a prop, not part of the box. Two bulbs come in the box.
