There is no open flame, which removes the biggest candle-fire risk. Place it on a stable, heat-resistant surface and follow the instructions.
Any standard jar candle works — no special candle needed. Set it on the dish, switch on, and the bulb warms it from above, flame-free.
Shipping is free on all orders. There is no minimum order value and no shipping charge is added at checkout.

Celestial decor that warms your candle instead of burning it
The shade is a black metal sphere cut with six-pointed stars and long tapered slits, gold on the inside so the bulb has something to bounce off. Switch it on with the room lights down and both shapes land on the wall behind it: stars, and long streaks trailing away from them. Your jar candle stands on the round black base underneath and the heat comes down from the bulb, so the wick is never lit. No flame, no smoke, no soot on the glass.
What makes this star candle warmer lamp different
- Cut, not printed. Every star and streak is cut clean through the metal, which is why a star cut out candle warmer throws real shapes rather than a printed shadow.
- The pattern leaves the shade. Lamp shades with stars usually stop at the shade; this one puts them on the wall behind the lamp.
- No open flame. The candle is warmed from above and never lit, so nothing burns down and nothing needs blowing out.
- Height, brightness and timer all adjust. The knurled collar on the gold pole raises and lowers the globe over the jar, and the light and run time adjust as well.
- Iron shade, iron base. Matte black over a round black plate: star decor with real weight to it, not foil and cardboard.
Center the jar on the black plate, switch on, and let the wax set again before you move it. As a present it solves the celestial gifts problem. It sits on the same shelf as sun and moon gifts, and unlike another print for the wall it is a lamp somebody switches on every night. That is what makes it work as celestial gifts for her. It ships in a 28 x 16 x 16 cm box (11 x 6.3 x 6.3 in) at about 1.2 kg (2.6 lb).

Frequently asked questions
Does the star candle warmer lamp cast star patterns on the wall?
Yes. The stars and the streaks are cut right through the metal, so with the room dark the shapes land on the wall behind the lamp and spread out around it. Brightness changes how far they reach: low is a soft scatter, full is a wall of stars. It is a star globe candle warmer, not a projector, so there is no motor, no lens and no colour wheel.
Is the star shade metal?
Yes. The globe is iron with a matte black outside and a gold-toned inside, and the base is iron too. The gold pole finishes in a small egg-shaped knob where the globe hangs. Metal is what makes the cut-outs possible in the first place: a celestial candle warmer lamp in glass could only print the stars, not cut them.
Does the star candle warmer lamp have a dimmer and a timer?
Both adjust, and so does the height. The knurled collar partway up the gold pole slides the globe closer to the jar or further from it, which changes how fast the wax opens. Brightness goes from a low scatter of stars to full, and a run time can be set so the lamp switches itself off rather than burning through the night.
Where does a star lamp go in a bedroom?
Next to the bed, with a bare wall behind it. Most star lamps for bedroom use are made for children; this is the grown-up version. It slides into celestial home decor, or into a wider moon and stars decor scheme, without looking like a nursery. With the candle put away it is still a perfectly good star light lamp for reading by.
